Grange Developments was launched in 2006 by Mark and Tammie Howard.

Our passion for building homes started in 2000 with the aim of climbing our own property ladder. Over the next six years we gained so much experience and knowledge that we wanted to start our own business doing what we loved and so Grange Developments was born.

This skill set allowed us to develop upmarket properties in key locations, from Grade II listed conversions to contemporary new builds. These homes are desirable, innovative, of high quality and of great value!
